- Care model
- Concierge, self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance for clinic visits.
- Payment
- We accept credit cards, cash, check, and Zelle. Payment plans are not offered.
- Cancellations
- A $30 fee applies to missed appointments. There is no cancellation fee when you cancel at least 24 hours ahead.

- Telemedicine
- Telemedicine visits are available for Illinois patients.
- New visits
- Same-day appointments when the schedule allows; otherwise within 24 hours.

- Blood can be drawn at the clinic, or you can visit LabCorp, Quest, ACL, or another lab your clinician recommends. Laboratory charges are billed by the lab. Patients are responsible for any amount their plan does not cover.
- DEXA
- DEXA scans are performed on site by a trained professional.
